For 24 minimuffins or 12 muffins
2 large onions
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
80 g of Bündner Bergkäse
250 g flour
2 tsp of baking soda

pinch of salt
2 eggs (size M)
90 ml of vegetable oil
200 g of sour cream
5-6 branches of fresh thyme
