Rouelles of L’Etivaz AOP
3 eggs, beaten
2 dl Lager Beer
230 g flour
1 slice Etivaz AOP 2 cm thick (about 400 g)
some cherry tomatoes, roasted
some corn salad leaves
Time required: Preperation : 10 min Cooking time : 2 min
1 In a bowl, mix the eggs with the beer and flour. Salt and pepper. Book.
2 Heat the oil in a skillet. Use a cookie cutter of 5 cm in diameter, shape the Etivaz AOP slice. Shape the dough around. Then dip them in oil. Fry 1 minute on each side.
3 Place the round slices on a plate. Decorate with roasted cherry tomatoes and corn salad.
