Tartiflette (potato gratin) with Vacherin Fribourgeois and Bündnerfleisch
4 potatoes, e.g. Charlotte, sliced
4 onions, cut into rings
1 tablespoon olive oil
300 g Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, sliced
4 tablespoons white wine
12 slices of ground beef
Time required: Preparation: 15 min. Cooking time: 12 min.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Steam the Potatoes and onions 2 to 3 min.
Brush a gratin dish with olive oil. Alternately lay the potato slices, the onion rings and the Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP and dripp the wine over all. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in oven for 7 minutes. Switch on the oven grill and brown for another 3 minutes under the grill. Spread the Bündnerfleisch over it.
Tastes delicious to salad with walnut oil dressing.
