20 Year Anniversary of AOP-Certification of Tête de Moine

Tête de Moine AOP celebrates the 20th anniversary of the preservation of the Protected Designation of Origin (AOP) in 2021. On this occasion, the book « The Universe of Tête de Moine » was published. It tells the story of the Tête de Moine from its origins in Bellelay to the conquest of the world cheese market. The photographs taken for this purpose are exhibited at the Maison de la Tête de Moine in Switzerland.
