Private event at luxury watchmaker F.P. Journe in Hollywood
Last week, the boutique Swiss watch brand F.P. Journe was hosting a Swiss-themed private tasting featuring four Swiss cheeses in Beverly Hills. It was a celebration of everything Swiss, including cheese boards with a gourmet twist, traditional fondues and authentic Raclette Suisse. Guests were introduced to some of Switzerland's most famous artisanal products such as Appenzeller, Le Gruyère AOP, Raclette Suisse and Tete de Moine.
A ski theme created a cool and fun atmosphere for the guests as they also sampled the fine cuisine of Chef Lionel E. Pigeardof Palikao.
