The EXTRA is a cheese with character – it is both fruity and creamy thanks to its maturation period of at least 12 weeks.

 

With its strong, full-bodied flavour, it is a great addition to cheeseboards, but it also tastes equally good with simple jacket potatoes. Connoisseurs know that it is a good choice for adding flavour to fondues.
