The aromas of the terroir and the wealth of species in the meadows are gradually revealed in the cellar and combine to create the unforgettable taste of the RUSTIC.

 

It can be identified by its generally wrinkled rind. After a 12-week maturation process, it already has an elegant balance and reveals it full delicate flavour and unique nature after around 5 to 6 months.

 

Discerning gourmets enjoy sampling the cheese after a meal with a glass of aromatic wine or with a piece of dark chocolate.
