Baked cervelat and cheese slices

  • baking paper for the baking tin
  • 8 slices of dark bread
  • 500 mL of white wine or apple juice
  • 8 slices of raclette cheese, approx. 300 g
  • paprika
  • pepper from a mill
  • 2-4 cervelats, halved lengthwise and incised diagonally

  1. 1 Lay the bread on baking paper in a baking tin. Dribble on wine or apple juice. Cover with the cheese and season. Lay the cervelats on top.
  2. 2 Bake for 10-12 mins. In the middle of the oven, preheated to 220°C.
