150 g of cooked cauliflower florets
150 g of cooked green beans
100 g of spicy Appenzeller®, cut into 10-20 g pieces
sweet and sour apricots
150 g of apricots, quartered
1 small shallot, cut into thin strips
1/2 a clove of crushed garlic
50 g of sugar
1 dl of white wine vinegar
