Serves 4
200 g grated Tête de Moine AOP
200 g flour
200 g butter
1 egg
50 g pumpkin seeds
Garnish: a few rosettes of Tête de Moine AOP
Preparation
Cream the butter in a bowl. Add egg and grated Tête de Moine AOP, then mix in flour. Fold in pumpkin seeds.
Use a tablespoon to put little mounds of dough on a tray covered with baking paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 160° C for about 8-10 minutes.
Serve garnished with rosettes of Tête de Moine AOP.
