Ingredients

- 200 g grated Tête de Moine AOP
- 200 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 1 egg
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- Garnish: a few rosettes of Tête de Moine AOP
Preparation

Cream the butter in a bowl. Add egg and grated Tête de Moine AOP, then mix in flour. Fold in pumpkin seeds.

Use a tablespoon to put little mounds of dough on a tray covered with baking paper.

Bake in preheated oven at 160° C for about 8-10 minutes.

Serve garnished with rosettes of Tête de Moine AOP.
Recommendation
The cookies are delicious as a starter with a tapenade or garlic curd.
