  • garlic bread:
  • 1 baguette, cut into 20 slices
  • 50 g of soft butter
  • 2 pressed cloves of garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • topping:
  • 200 g of finely diced, spicy Appenzeller cheese
  • 2 seeded, finely diced tomatoes
  • 2 stalks of finely diced celery
  • 1 bunch of chopped marjoram
  • 3 tbs of oil
  • 1 tbs of white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • celery leaves for garnish
