Serves 4

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slices of Emmental AOP
  • 16 small white asparagus spears, peeled and steamed
  • 4 slices of ham


  • Cress
  • A few pieces of Emmental AOP


  1. Preheat oven (grill). Place cheese slices on toast and cut in a heart shape. Wind slices of ham around bouquets of 4 asparagus spears. Place on toast hearts and grill in oven for around 2 minutes.
  2. Serve with grated Swiss Emmental AOP and garnish with cress.
