  • 300-400 g of vegetables such as carrots, cucumber, kohlrabi, radish, fennel, cut into sticks of equal length
  • 250 g of cheese such as mountain cheese or Emmentaler, cut into sticks of equal length
  • mustard for brushing on
  • 100 g of dried meat such as Mostbröckli or raw ham

  1. 1 Brush a little mustard on to the vegetables and cheese. Make little bundles of two vegetables and 1-2 cheese sticks and wrap in a slice of dried meat.
  2. 2 Layer in a Tupperware dish and keep cool until ready to take with you.
