Fruity paprika grill pans

Serves 4

  • 8 slices of Swiss raclette cheese
  • 4 small varied pointed hot peppers
  • 1 sour apple (e.g. Cox Orange)
  • 2 spring onions, sliced into rings
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh marjoram
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder


  1. Halve peppers and press flat, slice apple and marinate in a mixture of maple syrup, lemon juice and cinnamon for around half an hour, then cook both for a few minutes to desired level.
  2. Place a few spring onions and a bit of marjoram in each grill pan and top with 2 slices of raclette cheese. Cover with grilled peppers and apple slices.
  3. Grill small pans on a hot cooking grid until the cheese has melted.
