Ingredients

Serves 4, makes 8 trays

  • 1 small pumpkin or butternut squash, peeled, diced and cooked
  • 800g Raclette Suisse® cheese
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt
  • Raclette oven and raclette trays

Preparation

  1. Tableside preparation: Place raclette cheese slices in trays and let melt a bit.
  2. Place pumpkin pieces on cheese and season to taste with pepper and salt.
Preparation hint

You may place another raclette cheese slice in all trays and let brown.

Recommendation

Serve with jacket potatoes.
