Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 600-800 g Swiss raclette cheese, in slices
  • 1 bunch sliced spring onions
  • 1 package whole pitted olives
  • 1 glass dried tomatoes in oil
  • Pepper and paprika
  • Raclette oven and trays or grill trays

Preparation

  1. Place raclette cheese in trays and top with spring onions, olives and tomatoes.
  2. Let melt in raclette oven. Season to taste.
Recommendation

Serve with potatoes boiled in their skins.
