Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 600-800 g raclette cheese, in slices
  • 12 bacon strips, broadly sliced
  • 6 small ripe pears, peeled and halved
  • Pepper and paprika
  • Raclette oven and trays or grill trays

Preparation

  1. Place bacon in tray and top with raclette cheese and pear half. Let raclette cheese melt. Season to taste.
Recommendation

Serve with potatoes boiled in their skins.
