Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Dough :
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 dl Lager Beer
  • 230 g flour
  • peanut oil
  • 1 slice Etivaz AOP 2 cm thick (about 400 g)
  • salt pepper
  • Garnish :
  • some cherry tomatoes, roasted
  • some corn salad leaves

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the beer and flour. Salt and pepper. Book.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet. Use a cookie cutter of 5 cm in diameter, shape the Etivaz AOP slice. Shape the dough around. Then dip them in oil. Fry 1 minute on each side.
  3. Place the round slices on a plate. Decorate with roasted cherry tomatoes and corn salad.
