Place cake dough in a buttered, floured mould and pierce with a fork. Season ground beef and fry in cooking butter. Peel carrots and leeks and cut into small cubes. Briefly fry leek in cooking butter. Grate Tilsit.
Arrange ground beef, carrots and leeks along with Tilsit and chopped parsley in cake mould. Pour in liquid mixture.
Bake in oven at 190 °C for around 30 minutes.
Liquid mixture: Prepare liquid mixture with cream, milk, eggs and spices.
