Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 4 slices of toasted bread
  • 4 slices of Emmentaler Switzerland AOP
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • Some strips chives, basil leaves and watercress

Preparation

  1. Brush the toast with ketchup and then place the cheese slices on it. Cut out with a cookie cutter a face shape and place it on a serving platter. Decorate with the chives and basil leaves, the leaves and stems of the flowers. Arrange the cress as hair.
Preparation hint

If you have no special "facial cutter", prick the circles with a cookie cutter, the eyes with the end of a pencil and the mouth with a paring knife.
