Preheat oven to 220°C. Place bacon slices on work surface, top with Sbrinz AOP rolls, add chestnuts, roll up, fix with sage and toothpick.
Set skewers on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook in oven around 8 minutes, until Sbrinz AOP melts. Drizzle canapés with a bit of olive oil to prevent sage from drying out. Sprinkle with pepper.
Serve hot or warm. Chestnuts also taste delicious if they are pan-fried with olive oil.
