Cheese and sausage salad

salad sauce:

  • 3 tbs of vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tbs of rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbs of chopped chives


  • 250 g of baby carrots, cut into sticks
  • 3-4 Cervelat sausages, peeled, halved lengthwise, cut into half slices
  • 250 g of L’Etivaz or Gruyère cheese, cut into sticks
  • ½ a cucumber, sliced
  • 6 sliced pickled gherkins
  • 1 bunch of radishes, cut into sticks

  1. 1 Mix together all the ingredients for the salad sauce
  2. 2 For the salad: blanch the baby carrots in salt water. Drain and allow to cool a little. Add to the sauce with the remaining ingredients.
  3. 3 Serve the salad on plates
