Mini Sandwiches with Sbrinz AOP and tomato chutney

Ingredients

For 3 Mini-Sandwiches

  • 125 g Sbrinz AOP broken in Möckli
  • 6 slices of multigrain bread
  • 80 g of cress

Chutney:

  • 400 g of tomatoes (for example "green zebra")
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp. Paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 15 g of fresh ginger
  • 150 ml apple cider vinegar

Preparation

  1. Cut the onion into thin strips, finely chop the tomatoes and chop the ginger. In a saucepan, fry the onion with a little oil. Add the diced tomatoes, ginger, vinegar, sugar and paprika and let it simmer. Stir regularly.
  2. Leave in the fridge.
  3. Divide the bread into regular rectangular slices. Distribute generously the chutney on half of the slices and add the cress and the Sbrinz AOP Möckli. Then cover the sandwiches with the remaining slices of bread.
