Sbrinz AOP crackers with bacon, peaches and fresh fig sauce

Serves 4

  • 12 round crackers or savoury biscuits
  • 30 g Sbrinz AOP
  • 12 bacon slices
  • 2 small, firm peaches
  • 2 ripe figs
  • Pepper


  1. Peel figs. Mix pulp into a creamy paste. Cut Sbrinz into shavings. Wash, halve and stone peaches. Cut into 12 slices.
  2. Place crackers on a plate, sprinkle with Sbrinz shavings and top with peach slices. Add fig cream to peaches and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
  3. Add a bacon strip to each cracker. Top with Sbrinz shavings and serve.
