  • a bowl of 250 mL capacity
  • 100 g of half-fat quark
  • 50 g of grated Sbrinz AOC
  • a little lemon, juice and zest
  • ¼ a tsp of salt
  • white pepper
  • 50 mL of stiffly beaten cream
  • lemon balm for garnish
