Ingredients
For 1 person
1 croissant
50 g Appenzeller® Extra
1 tablespoon of apple syrup
4 pecan nuts
Handful of sprouting leeks
Preparation
Cut the Appenzeller® Extra into thin slices and coarsely chop the pecan nuts.
Then cut the croissant in half and insert the thin slices of Appenzeller® Extra, the pecan nuts, the apple syrup and finish with the sprouting leeks.
