Ingredients

For 1 person

  • 1 croissant
  • 50 g Appenzeller® Extra
  • 1 tablespoon of apple syrup
  • 4 pecan nuts
  • Handful of sprouting leeks

Preparation

  1. Cut the Appenzeller® Extra into thin slices and coarsely chop the pecan nuts.
  2. Then cut the croissant in half and insert the thin slices of Appenzeller® Extra, the pecan nuts, the apple syrup and finish with the sprouting leeks.
