Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 2 pieces of levain bread with a hard crust
  • >100 g Excessive amounts of Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP cheese (over 100 g)
  • Olive oil
  • Pickled vegetables to taste
  • Homemade tomato salsa or diced tomato

Preparation

  1. Cut suitable pieces of the bread for the grilled sandwiches and drizzle them with olive oil.
  2. Cut a generous slice of Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP for each sandwich.
  3. Add pickled vegetables and tomato or tomato salsa.
  4. Grill the sandwiches until the cheese is deliciously melted and runny.
