Hamburger with Le Gruyère AOP

Ingredients

  • 2-3 slices of Le Gruyère AOP
  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 150 g chicken breast fillet
  • Salt & pepper
  • 3 slices of avocado
  • 2-3 sun dried tomatoes
  • Handful of rocket salad
  • 2 tbsp mango salsa

Preparation

  1. Season the chicken breast fillet with salt and pepper and cook on a hot grill or in a pan.
  2. Cut the hamburger buns in half and lightly toast the cut sides.
  3. Slice the chicken breast fillet.
  4. Drizzle the bottom of the roll with mango sauce, then add rocket salad and top with the chicken.
  5. Place the slices of Le Gruyère AOP on top. Then add the avocado slices and dried tomatoes and drizzle again with mango sauce. Cover with the top of the bun.
