Potato gratin with Le Gruyère AOP

Ingredients

  • 500g white cabbage, cut into thin strips
  • 500g potatoes, cut into thin rounds
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 tbsp cream
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano leaves
  • salt & pepper
  • 150g Le Gruyère AOP, grated

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Mix the white cabbage, potatoes, onion and liquid cream.
  3. Pour everything on a large oven tray covered with baking paper.
  4. Add the oregano, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère AOP.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
