Potato gratin with Le Gruyère AOP

Ingredients
500g white cabbage, cut into thin strips
500g potatoes, cut into thin rounds
1 onion, finely chopped
3-4 tbsp cream
1 tablespoon of oregano leaves
salt & pepper
150g Le Gruyère AOP, grated
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Mix the white cabbage, potatoes, onion and liquid cream.
Pour everything on a large oven tray covered with baking paper.
Add the oregano, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère AOP.
Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
