Broccolini gnocchi with Le Gruyère AOP Alpage

Ingredients

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 1 lemon
  • 150 g broccolini
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 bundle fresh sage
  • 1 dl grated Le Gruyère AOP Alpage (or other Le Gruyère)
  • To serve:
  • Le Gruyère AOP Alpage grated (or other Le Gruyère)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Wash and trim the broccolinis. Wash the lemon and cut it into slices.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, broccolini, garlic, olive oil and sage. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour everything on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Add the lemon slices.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 200°C and bake for another 20 minutes until gnocchi are golden.
  6. Serve with lots of grated Le Gruyère AOP Alpage cheese. Add a little more olive oil and lemon juice on top, if it feels dry.
