Broccolini gnocchi with Le Gruyère AOP Alpage

Ingredients
500 g gnocchi
1 lemon
150 g broccolini
2 cloves garlic minced
3-4 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1/2 bundle fresh sage
1 dl grated Le Gruyère AOP Alpage (or other Le Gruyère)
To serve:
Le Gruyère AOP Alpage grated (or other Le Gruyère)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Wash and trim the broccolinis. Wash the lemon and cut it into slices.
In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, broccolini, garlic, olive oil and sage. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour everything on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Add the lemon slices.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 200°C and bake for another 20 minutes until gnocchi are golden.
Serve with lots of grated Le Gruyère AOP Alpage cheese. Add a little more olive oil and lemon juice on top, if it feels dry.
