Cucumber watermelon salad with Appenzeller®

Ingredients

  • For 4 persons:
  • 50g Appenzeller®, thinly shaved
  • 1/2 watermelon, cut into pieces
  • 1 cucumber, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 bunch of mint, chopped
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • mint leaves

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the melon and cucumber pieces together with the chopped mint.
  2. Add a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the Appenzeller® and garnish the salad with mint leaves.
