Ingredients
For 4 persons:
50g Appenzeller®, thinly shaved
1/2 watermelon, cut into pieces
1 cucumber, cut into pieces
1/2 bunch of mint, chopped
olive oil
salt & pepper
mint leaves
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the melon and cucumber pieces together with the chopped mint.
Add a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Add the Appenzeller® and garnish the salad with mint leaves.
