Gnocchi with Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP

Ingredients

  • 400 g potato gnocchi
  • 2,5 dl cream
  • 50 g white wine
  • 400 g Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP
  • salt & pepper
  • To garnish:
  • fried onions
  • grated Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP
  • flatleaf parsley

Preparation

  1. Prepare the sauce by bringing the white wine and cream to a boil. Add the grated cheese and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Poach the potato gnocchi in salted water until they float to the top.
  3. Serve the gnocchi with the sauce and add fried onions, grated cheese and flatleaf parsley on top.
