Gnocchi with Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP

Ingredients
400 g potato gnocchi
2,5 dl cream
50 g white wine
400 g Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP
salt & pepper
To garnish:
fried onions
grated Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP
flatleaf parsley
Preparation
Prepare the sauce by bringing the white wine and cream to a boil. Add the grated cheese and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Poach the potato gnocchi in salted water until they float to the top.
Serve the gnocchi with the sauce and add fried onions, grated cheese and flatleaf parsley on top.
