Granola salad with baked pears and Appenzeller® Gold Label

Ingredients
2 people
2 pears (Doyenne du Comice)
1 knob of butter
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
Salad:
100 g mixed salad leaves
100 g lamb's lettuce
40 g walnut granola
Cubes of Appenzeller® Gold Label as desired
Dressing:
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Preparation
Take a pan and put it on medium heat with a knob of butter.
Cut the pears into four and place them in the hot pan.
Add a tablespoon of dark soya sauce while they are frying.
The pears are ready when they are golden brown on each side.
Take a small mixing bowl and add the dressing ingredients.
Mix with a small whisk until you obtain your creamy dressing.
Put the mixed salad leaves, lamb's lettuce, granola and Appenzeller® Gold Label cubes into a salad bowl.
Mix everything together
Arrange the pears on the salad and drizzle with the dressing.
