Grilled peaches salad with Le Gruyère AOP Alpage

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches
  • 200 g mixed greens
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 100 g grated Le Gruyère AOP Alpage (or other Le Gruyère)
  • 1/2 dl olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the peaches in slices and add a little oil if needed. Grill on each side for a few minutes.
  2. Add all salad ingredients in a big bowl. Shave the cheese on top.
  3. Mix all ingredients for the dressing and pour on the salad.
  4. Decorate with edible flowers if you like.
