Lemon tagliatelle with Le Gruyère AOP

Ingredients

  • 300g tagliatelle
  • 2 small lemons
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 dl cream
  • 60 g butter
  • salt, pepper
  • 75g Le Gruyère AOP, grated

Preparation

  1. Wash the lemons and grate the peel. Chop the basil leaves.
  2. Bring enough salted water to the boil and cook the pasta al dente.
  3. Melt the butter in a wide pan over low heat. Add the lemon peel, cream and half of the grated cheese. Mix everything together.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the mixture in the pan. Add fresh pepper, basil and the remaining cheese.
